Exercise



(1)Muscle
I think that exercise is very important for us. To our health, to waste of time and so on. For example, muscles, jogging, swimming and so on. I introduce about muscle. There are many kinds for muscle. For example, an abdominal muscle, a push-up, dumbbells and so on. This is the history of muscle.




(2)Diet
I think that diet is bad for our health. For example, no drink, no eat, and so on. But young people do diet. There are many kinds of diet. For example, jogging, walking, eat vagetables and so on.
this is diet's foods. Jogging is not only lose weight but also our health. If we stop eating, we lose weight. this is mistake. this ishow to gain weight.
